John Greening - Managing Partner
I formed the GG in 1985 to provide a recruitment and learning solutions business to service the EU. It had to be cost conscious, client focused and accessible to large and small businesses alike. This approach evolved from my career in general management; as branch chair of both the IoD and CMI and ten years running client development programmes at the University of Warwick.
The Greening Group now comprises a talented team of consultants and researchers working in all areas of HR and who are able to provide a well honed executive search, advertised selection and HR consultancy business based on a culture of care and understanding of the requirements of our clients.
