Methods

Personal One to One Support

To provide the above through 1:1 meetings either as a one-off “Kick Start” meeting, or several, structured in depth sessions. Length of time per session normally 1 hour

Workshops

CV Writing Workshop

To provide CV Seminar/Workshops to enable employees to develop and write an effective CV/Résumé

Job Search Workshop

To Provide Job Search Seminars/Workshops covering direct approaches, introduction letters, where/how to find vacancies, dealing with recruiters/agencies/executive search consultancies, completion of application forms, networking skills

Interview Skills Workshop

To provide Interview Skills Seminar/Workshops to provide employees with the opportunity in a relaxed and safe environment to take an in-depth look at job interviews. To give them a head start by building confidence and by exploring the ‘rules’ and conventions of the interview process

Length of time per session 2 - 3 hours, or a full day covering all 3

Subjects as above provided with remote support, or as back up to individual meetings or workshops
